I hate diets, but I started scrolling back my calories and increasing my garage elliptical workouts! LOL And the things that fall by the wayside first and foremost are the things I listed above.<br /><br />Really, I am just getting back to eating like I did in California, a lot of fresh veggies, cooked veggies, meats (lots of smoked and grilled meats)and usually only breads, pastas, and desserts if they are homemade and good!<br /><br />I guess like a person on the Paleo diet who cheats for fresh baked/made items. No packaged glutens, sweets, or carbs.<br /><br />BUT back to my point...its a trend, as we complain about overweight and diet problems I see all kinds and ages of people scaling back on those items without even realizing it.Tyronehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11421708811053630773noreply@blogger.com
