We served pork roast with caramelized apples at the senior camper banquet Thursday evening.We arrived home about 7 p.m. last night. I'm showered, rested and heading off to worship. I'll post more pictures and thoughts about the camp kitchen this afternoon -- after I purchase a new USB cable for the camera (left it in the camp office!).
