A time to plate ...

SAN DIEGO (August 22, 2008) -- U.S. Navy culinary specialists show off plate presentation skills for the professional culinary event during Surface Line Week. Surface Line Week is an annual competition that allows San Diego Navy commands to showcase their athletic and professional talents in a variety of tournament-style events.
