This is my first attempt to plant a herb garden is several years. Instead of using the vegetable garden in the back yard, which is overgrown with weeds, I planted four herbs in a planter on the front porch. Rosemary, cilantro, thyme and Italian parsley will soon be available for the kitchen.
I just recently purchased some herb seeds. I'll be starting out as well. I'd love to hear how yours goes, and what dishes you use them in.

ReplyDeleteI planted the four herbs I use the most. Maybe in time I'll expand to a few more exotic varieties. It seems to make sense to grow these herbs instead of wasting store-bought herbs.
