This stone retaining wall holds the old road up a few hundred yards south of Plymouth. Even though I've driven down California Highway 49 past this rock wall many times, I never noticed the drain.
It's easy to miss when you whiz by in a truck. I didn't see it until I walked up to the wall in a nice rain. Sometimes you have to stop and explore with camera in hand.
Now I have to snap a photo of a water steam draining through the rock. That would make an impressing picture.
